Web

My goal is to build user-friendly sites that achieve high performance scores, comply with ADA accessibility standards, and follow SEO best practices to maximize organic traffic. Over the years, I have successfully helped employers and clients enhance their online presence and reach their marketing goals.

I design and develop responsive websites from scratch. A typical process begins with defining the project’s scope and goals, conducting competitor research, building or preserving the online brand identity, creating wireframes, and developing Figma mockups. After that, I start the build. Before publication, the site undergoes rigorous user testing, and feedback collection.

I build B2C responsive e-commerce portals to meet customers on any and all devices. I provide Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) solutions by utilizing Google Keyword Planner to improve product titles, descriptions, and meta tags. I use analytics to track user behavior, traffic sources, and conversion rates, identify and address customer pain points to reduce cart abandonment, and implement A/B testing, urgent Call-to-Actions (CTAs), and trust signals to improve CRO.

Zapier supports over 2,000 apps, and I leverage it to help my employers and clients automate workflows, enhance efficiency, boost productivity, and maintain data consistency and accuracy. Here are a few examples of how I use Zapier integrations:
  1. Digital Advertising Enrollments: I built a portal using Gravity Forms for enrollment form inputs. Whenever there is an enrollment, Zapier automatically imports this data into a Monday.com board I set up. This allows campaign operation teams to work directly within Monday.com, saving time and preventing human errors in data handling.
  2. Inbound Marketing: I use Zapier to collect user-submitted data from WordPress and Webflow contact forms, which is then imported into MailChimp’s Audience mailing list database. This automation is crucial for our inbound marketing efforts.

I employ SEO best practices in On-page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Technical SEO:

  • Keyword Research and Optimization: Identify and utilize relevant keywords.
  • Content Quality: Guide clients to provide high-quality and original content.
  • Title Tags and Meta Descriptions: Write comprehensive and compelling title tags and meta descriptions, applying the same principles to the Open Graph protocol.
  • Header Tags: Use structured header tags.
  • Image Optimization: Ensure ADA accessibility compliance with alt tags, descriptions, and compression.
  • Backlink Building: Develop strategies to build backlinks.
  • Social Media Support: Utilize social media channels.
  • Local SEO: Manage Google My Business and Yelp listings and reviews.
  • Site Speed and Security: Ensure fast site speed and secure URLs.
  • Crawlability and Indexability: Enhance with robots.txt, XML sitemap, and structured data.
  • Canonical URLs: Use when necessary.
I strive to ensure the sites I build are accessible to users with disabilities by utilizing semantic HTML, making content accessible to users who rely on screen readers, and improving search engine crawlers’ understanding of the website’s content. This includes the proper use of alt text, appropriate content order, high color/font contrast, keyboard navigability, descriptive links, clear and consistent navigation, readable content, and overall compatibility with assistive technology.

As part of my work, I handle web hosting setup, theme installation, SSL certificate installation, SFTP setup, DNS records management (A, TXT, CNAME, MX), domain name ownership verification, WP Mail SMTP configuration, Google Workspace email setup, and more.
